Mô tả công việc

1. Product Listing Management
- Oversee the creation of new product listings, ensuring they are accurate, optimized, and compliant with Amazon’s guidelines.
- Edit and update existing listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage bulk uploads of product data using Amazon’s inventory file templates.
2. Listing Optimization
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve search rankings (SEO).
- Implement strategies to enhance listings with high-quality images, A+ Content, and videos.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies, leveraging tools like Helium 10 and the Amazon Automated Pricing tool, Seller Sprite
- Creation, Optimization, and Tracking AMS sponsored product, display and brand advertising campaigns.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track listing performance metrics such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and Best Seller Rank (BSR).
- Use tools like Amazon Business Reports or third-party analytics platforms to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create regular reports for stakeholders on listing performance and optimization efforts.
4. Compliance and Problem Resolution
- Ensure listings comply with Amazon’s policies and category-specific guidelines.
- Handle and resolve issues like suppressed listings, policy violations, and stranded inventory.
- Stay updated on Amazon policy changes and implement necessary adjustments.
5. Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms and incorporate them into product listings.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and optimization opportunities.
- Do the market research to develop new products
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing teams to align product listings with advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure inventory levels support promotional efforts.
- Liaise with customer support to address listing-related queries or complaints.
8. Tools and Technologies
- Leverage Amazon tools such as the Inventory Dashboard, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance Report.
- Utilize third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or AMZ Scout for keyword research and competitor analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Proven track record of creating and optimizing high-performing Amazon product listings.
- Experience managing large inventories and multiple SKUs.
- Prefer candidates who has experience to build a million-dollar product listing
